Asthma that begins in adulthood appears to increase the risk of heart disease and stroke in women but not in men, according to a report in the American Journal of Cardiology.
Health officials crack down on raw milk
Dairy owner Mark McAfee started selling raw milk in 2000, marketing it to customers who believe it contains beneficial microbes that treat everything from asthma to autism.
